I lead large, design-intensive construction projects, with recent experience across two of London’s most significant super-prime residential developments—each at billion-pound scale and delivered through contrasting design-and-build and construction-management models.
Working on both sides of that procurement divide has given me a practical understanding of where risk, control and accountability really sit. That specialism is reinforced by a broader career spanning structural engineering, major regeneration, listed buildings, technical management, Employer’s Agent and contract administration roles.
